A florae is owned and operated by Rachel Hunter. It is a boutique flower shop specializing in the mindful art of arranging flowers as nature intended them to be. With grace and freedom to show off their natural shape and color.
A florae is a reflection of hard work and dedication to a craft that beautifies events and homes with florals, but it's much more than that. A florae was built on the foundation of choosing to believe in one's self against all odds, while never losing sight of the journey's purpose - to serve human connection, to honor all love stories and to never stop evolving. It's more than a passion, A florae is a creative way of life and flowers are the muse.
These images were from our first photoshoot in the building after the demo was complete. This was so much fun to do and gave us our first sight of what the lighting looks like throughout the building. It is incredible! Our second photoshoot was more of a retro vibe to play with color and thrift. All clothing was thrifted from our sister store Archives Vintage and Thrift (Downstairs of A florae, 464 Main Street in Longmont) and all images taken by the talented, Brenda with Booze Photography (Longmont). Hair and makeup done by model.
What an amazing shoot this was with Brittany of Alchemy Creative (Longmont). She worked so beautifully with the lighting and even showed how incredible the building can cast shadows and darkness to play with in your photos. Both bridal dresses were from Emma and Grace Bridal (RINO Denver), suit from Men's Warehouse (Boulder) and hair and makeup done by the model.
This small little photoshoot of flower arrangements was done to add new images to our sister business A florae's website, but it's a great way to see that our space is wonderful to take product shots in! Not all photoshoots have to be with people here. All images by Kerri Ellen Photography (Longmont) - she is also amazing at taking beautiful food photos for restaurants and catering!
We LOVE taking family photos here! Photographers, our space is WONDERFUL for scheduling blocks of time to shoot all of your family sessions here and clients, you can always refer your photographer to us if you see our space and would love family shots here. It's so much fun and versatile with many options for different images. Senior pictures are amazing here as well! Our family had our photos taken by the incredible Natalie Gray Creative (Longmont), she's a stylist and photographer and takes the most amazing editorial-style shots.
