A florae is owned and operated by Rachel Hunter. It is a boutique flower shop specializing in the mindful art of arranging flowers as nature intended them to be. With grace and freedom to show off their natural shape and color.


A florae is a reflection of hard work and dedication to a craft that beautifies events and homes with florals, but it's much more than that. A florae was built on the foundation of choosing to believe in one's self against all odds, while never losing sight of the journey's purpose - to serve human connection, to honor all love stories and to never stop evolving.   • How do I book a date?

    A 50% deposit is due with the signing of your contract.

    Bestow accepts checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. 

  • What is included in your contract?

    • Main Hall and Lounge rooms
    • Outdoor patio
    • On site ceremony and reception (for weddings)
    • Private room for belongings and getting ready
    • Staffing fees
    • Option to use our Strike Team for an extra fee
  • Is there a space rental fee for an event?

    Yes, each space has a space rental fee associated with booking. These fee’s vary by space, time of year and day of the week. Click the link to view rates.

  • What is included in your space fee?

    • Use of the space for event timeframe plus set up and breakdown
    • Full cleaning of space pre and post event
    • Rectangle tables and chairs
    • Event Manager and Captain for the day of event
    • String lights in outdoor patio
    • Heaters for outdoor patio
    • Ample flexibility in event decor and use of spaces
    • Private room with code lock for storing belongings and getting ready
    • Access to prep room 
  • What other services do you provide?

    • Floor plan and layout consultation and creation
    • Space design conceptualization planning and recreation of space
    • In-house floral design services with A florae flowers
    • On-site strike team for post-event breakdown
    • Preferred vendor list for easy sourcing
    • Facilitate all meetings and walk throughs with outside vendors as requested
    • (Caterer, DJ, Band, Photographer, Designer/Florist, etc.)
    • Event Manager pre and post event duties?
    • Point person for all venue related questions and concerns through to week of event
    • Present for all vendor site visits as needed
    • Floor plan consultation and design
    • Coordinates all rental requests. Responsible for delivery, set up and breakdown
    • Finalizes all logistics relating to event 

  • Is a Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator required (if you’re having a wedding)?

    A full Wedding Planner is not required, however, a Day of Coordinator is. Their information must be approved by Bestow at least 30 days before the event. Below are just some examples of what your Day of Coordinator will oversee: 


    • Ceremony rehearsal
    • Seating chart and place card set up
    • Coordination with all vendor arrival times and set ups/breakdowns
    • Floral and decor set up and breakdown/removal
    • Set up and breakdown of any client-owned decor
    • Processional and music cues during ceremony
    • Collection of gifts, cards, and wedding items at the end of the night
